Jennifer Daley Fine Textiles wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Any items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged are welcomed to be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase for a full refund. We offer free return shipping for you if you request a shipping label by emailing info@jenniferdaleytextiles.com. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund.
What if my items were damaged or incorrect upon arrival?
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact info@jenniferdaleytextiles.com with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number. We’ll make it right with a refund or replacement!
What if I used the product and I am unsatisfied with the quality?
Daley Design strives to create long-lasting products that you can rely on. If you feel that the product isn’t living up to your expectations, please email us with an explanation of what’s going wrong, how long you’ve had the product, and photos if possible. We’ll discuss store credit or replacement options for you!
How do I return a gift?
If you were the recipient of a Jennifer Daley Fine Textiles gift and you would like to exchange that gift for a different product, please email info@jenniferdaleytextiles.com to receive store credit for a future purchase or to set up an exchange of products at equal value.
